homemade palmier cookies

Ingredients for Palmier Cookie Recipe:

1/2 packmilf dough
1.5 teaspoons powdered sugar
1 egg white

How to Make Palmier Cookies?

Take 2 puff pastry dough at room temperature on your counter. Apply egg white to its front surface with the help of a brush. Then sprinkle with granulated sugar.

Press over them with a rolling pin. Combine the puff pastry dough in this way and let the granulated sugar stick to the surface. Turn the back surface and apply the same procedure to the back surface.

Apply this process to all puff pastry dough. If your puff pastry is large, you don't need to combine two of them.

Then start wrapping both ends in a roll shape. Put the rolls together in the middle. Rest the rolls you have prepared in the freezer for 1o minutes.

Take it out and slice it with a knife in 1 finger thickness. Place on a baking tray lined with greaseproof paper.

Sprinkle granulated sugar on it again. Bake in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 10-15 minutes until the top is browned.

You can enjoy it after taking it out and cooling it at room temperature.
