Hi,

The last month of the year 2024 has started. This is the day first of the month and Sunday as well. So, I powered up my steem account once again. Power up or staking have lots of benefits. You increase your holding and also increase your resource credits. Resource credits are useful for having more chances to post, comment and and interact on steem. Staking also adds to curation rewards and interest. So, it has lots of benefits.

As I already have mentioned that this is also the last month of the year. So, this is the time to review your activities of the year and get away with the harmful things and maintain healthy practices. Powering up is one of the healthy practice which I will continue in the next year. I am also doing yoga and meditation which are very beneficial for a good health. I hope I'll have more spare time in future.
