Now I will process the milkfish by grilling it. Because I prefer grilled milkfish rather than milkfish cooked in red sauce, or cooked in any way. If grilled, the aroma of the fish comes out more and is felt, especially if you add spicy soy sauce, the taste of the grilled milkfish is even more delicious.
