Home is a place to return & taking a break from the fatigue of the world, home is used by humans as the beginning and end where they weave various dreams with their families. because of some of the things above in a home design must pay attention to many things that aim to make the occupants feel safe and comfortable.
Nowadays there are many types of designs to choose from to build your own dream house, as is the case with this modern minimalist style design. The concept of minimalist design is widely chosen nowadays because it is able to increase the value of a space as a whole by reducing everything that is redundant or unnecessary.
With this design concept, homeowners can save land and construction money, which could be higher if they choose another design concept, such as Mr. Ferry's house which is located in the Griya Aceh Kongsi Complex, Lhokseumawe City.
He asked us to make a simple but modern design due to the limited land lots that are of high value in the area. after conducting a field survey, it seems that similar buildings were built there earlier, although they did not ask for the same design results, but it would be very striking if they were distinguished from the surrounding area.

After carrying out the design process from the survey results and considerations & consultation with Mr Ferry then the team decided to formulate a modern minimalist design concept that must be applied in the construction of this house so for the visual form you can see some of the sketchup illustrations below:
The building of this residential house is already under construction and is planned to be completed before the 2018 Eid al-Adha 2018 next month. with an amazing work ethic from the head & the builders did not in the least doubt the success of the target & the trust that has been given by Mr. Ferry.
