Hello friends, this is my first post in the community, and I want to share with you this photo that I took at home of some cinnamon sticks since I use them a lot in the kitchen.
THE CINNAMON:
It is a species with a long history in the kitchen, being one of the oldest, providing flavor and aroma in its use.
Cinnamon is present in many recipes providing its nutritional and healing properties.
PROPERTIES:
Cinnamon has properties such as:

- magnesium.
- fiber.
HEALTH BENEFITS:
Among the benefits of cinnamon are that it helps the immune system by fighting colds, it takes cinnamon tea.
It also helps in cardiovascular problems, diabetes, cholesterol, cancer and others.
