Prayer

I started the day with a prayer. I had to keep the Rosary for when I was out for a walk. So, walking with God. 😉

I'm never gonna stop saying this - God in the Day is a Godful Day! 😊

Runs | Walks | Cardio

Today was a smaller walk. I did one kilometer. My staircase regime continues. I have already done three times up and down today.

Weights | At Gym | Or Home

Today’s workout was at home.

1. Arm curls for the biceps
2. Hammer for the biceps
3. Triceps – more reps
4. Overhead press for the shoulders
5. Farmers Walk
6. Squats

Body Weight Exercises | Calisthenics

I did the following today:

1. Skipping Rope

Diet | Fasting | Intermittent Fasting

It was a regular diet day.

Energy Exercises | Ho’oponopono | EFT | Meditation | And more

Had a single session of Ho’oponopono today. It was enough for now.

This is my twenty-seventh day of exercise this year. I hope to keep it going for 365 days. What awesomeness that would be! 😊

Did You Know?

Walking and running are for mere mortals. The elites walk on their hands. 😊

There is a Guinness World Record for the fastest 50-meter walking on hands holding a soccer ball between the legs. The record stands at 25.58 seconds and was achieved by Hari Chandra Giri of Kathmandu, Nepal, on 4th May 2022.

Something tells me this gentleman will create more records.
