Breakfast is the first meal of the day and I think that this should not be missed because its like I start of the day which should be done with good food. When I say good food then I mean to say it is food that you enjoy a lot and I try to eat something depending on my mood it can also be some snacks sometimes and also some healthy options if available. This is the day when I wanted to start the day with a cup of cold coffee along with the corn and these are sweet corn.
I like eating sweet corn because it does not just taste good but also is good for health I don't use a lot of spices and all that it is kind of raw but it is boiled so I don't consume a lot of unnecessary stuff. As you can see in this photo I have cold coffee along with this cup of sweet corn.
Taste is surely important but at the same time it is also important to eat something which is good for the health and this is what I try to keep in mind while having food. Most of us try to consume coffee or tea depending on our preference and I also do the same because most of the time I try to have a cup of tea but these days I am trying to be more on the coffee side so I enjoy cold coffee a lot and then I also reduce the number of Cup that I used to take for tea. I think it is good in a way for me because now I can reduce the number of tea which I used to have a lot.
I also think that sprouts can be a good option for a healthy diet in the morning and we should have it if it is possible for you because it gives us more energy and also it's good for our health and also improves digestion.
