Some people like to have tea and some like coffee. I prefer to have tea and rarely have coffee. Tea for me is like a drink that I have minimum 2 in day and its each for morning and evening. If I am traveling then this count usually goes up and can be two or three.
Exceess of tea and coffee is not good for health and this is why I just take in limited quality usually unless there is some reason. Even excess of coffee is also not good.
