That's my female mother dog, she's actually a mongrel, she belongs in no particularly officially recognized breed but her baby pups have a different genealogy. Their father is an Alsatian.

You can see how fiercely she snarls at me and my camera? That explains the poor picture quality. She doesn't trust anyone including me coming close to her and her pups. Took me a lot of trouble having that place prepared for her and the little ones.
