Why would you join Steem?

One of the best selling points of Steem is the fact that a user/poster has the chance to monetize his content. These are contents that we post in mainstream social media like Facebook and Instagram. You may monetize your Facebook/Instagram account through sponsorship or product endorsement if you are an Influencer. However, it takes a lot of luck to be one and not all of the users can be an influencer.

In the case of Steem, almost everyone has an equal chance to tap into the reward pool.

• Simple staking of Steem tokens can earn you a part of the inflation rate.
• Cast an upvote to a post will earn you curation reward
• Post your content and earn post rewards when upvoted

Almost every action here is incentivized through Steem token rewards. These are tokens that are exchangeable for real "fiat" money. In some cases, it could be used for online shopping and or purchase of digital assets.

Let's talk about acquiring Steem rewards

Among the 3 ways of earning Steem tokens, the most challenging option is earning rewards through content creation. An account that has no network of friends in this platform is practically invisible. I may not be totally right on this claim but I would say it’s a common scenario and a common complaint.

Although there are ways to make you feel that posting is still worth your time but most of them require curator support with high Steempower.

A solution in progress

Again, it’s an incredible claim to think that we can solve the rewards distribution for the Steem rewards distribution but we are willing to try. It’s too early to give up and simply let go of the users who are turned off of the current reward system.

What we can think of is to create a hub where users can collaborate to build a compounded Steempower through delegation.

We have created the @steemdynasty account which can be considered as a community account. This account would work in two ways:

• an instrument for rewards distribution by providing daily upvotes to its members
• a backer for the Dynasty token (future 2nd layer rewards for the Dynasty tribe)

For the initial part of the project, we will implement the delegation for daily upvote support to the members of the project.

This is such an exciting time for the community. A time of abundance and growth.
