Finger Exercise to improve brain activity and focus.
we do physical exercises for fitness and meditation also help but to improve it more and in easy way similarly there are some finger exercise that is related to brain and increase focus and attention, brain activities and have great impact on everyday work
you can do it every day or three days in a week during your free time or you can do it after or before meditation.
its really enjoying game type of exercise. it may feel hard at first but after 3rd to forth time of doing these exercise you will enjoy and feel the difference in your Activities
1st is
you have to make fist✊ (not tightly) of both hands than at the same time open thumb of right hand(👍) and pinky finger of left☝ hand now simultaneously open thumb of left hand👍 and pinky finger of right hand☝.
Do this continuously for 10 time.
2nd
open the fist in this exercise in this make O. By touching thumb and index finger👌 of the right hand and keep the left fingers open🖐 simultaneously and do vice-versa
Do it 10 time
3rd is
Make a Fist of left✊ hand and keep the finger open🖐 (relax the hand) simultaneously and do it vice versa
Do it 10 times
4th
Make a finger heart by putting thumb and index finger in a little X form🤞 of Right hand and make** love sign🤘 by closing middle finger and ring and left hand** remain open simultaneously and do it vice versa.
Do it 10 times
