아침은 애터미 쉐이크를 하나 타고
사과 당근 토마토 고구마 파프리카를
다져서 먹는다

점심은 주로 잡곡 밥을 먹는데 오늘 신랑 은
친구가 와서 외식 나도 친구가 와서
집에서 찐빵 하나에 쑥떡 하나 셋을 접시에
담았다가 한 개만 먹음
참외 반개 방울 토마토 두 개를 먹었습니다.

저녁에는 두부와 소고기 몇 점 굽고 상추 쌈 과
더덕 무침에 오가피 나물로 쌈을 싸서 먹음

다이어트 시작한 지가 25일 살이 많이
빠졌다. 신랑은 8키로 나는...
워낙 뚱뚱하니까 살은 많이 빠지네요

두 달 동안 하는 다이어트 기대하는 만큼
뺄려고 노력함 신랑은 헬스를 나는
걷기 운동을 한다

목표 달성을 위하여 전진 합니다.
