오래간만에 반찬을 만들어봤어요.
김장이후 필받았는지 예전에 했던 반찬만들기를 하나씩 해보고싶네요.
오늘은 어묵볶음!
간단하고 저렴한 재료로 며칠 거뜬한 훌륭한 반찬이 되요.
어묵,양파, 청양고추,홍고추, 썰어 넣고 간장,굴소스,설탕,물엿,고춧가루,마늘,참기름등등 양념을 넣어 달달볶은후 통깨로 마무리.
간만에(6개월만에 ㅋㅋ) 한거라 간맞추기 애매했는데 그래도 성공! 다음에 또만들거예요!
