In 1919, the British occupation in India wanted to eliminate the poisonous cobra snake in the city of Delhi, because of its spread and causing a state of terror among the English settlers. The British established a law according to which a reward is given to those who kill the cobra and deliver it to them... At first this idea achieved great success as the poor people of Delhi turned into snake hunters because of the generous financial rewards granted to them by the British authorities... But then many Indians baptized To breed cobras and make them reproduce in a monstrous way inside their homes and farms before killing them and handing over their skins to the Delhi authorities... and taking the reward and reaping huge profits from this trade, and the number of snake breeders increased instead of hunting them... When the British authorities discovered that the Indians had deceived them, they canceled the reward ..which made it even more muddy .. as the Indians launched snakes in the streets because they no longer have any value, and the number of snakes increased more than before and spread more widely. That is why every law that is passed without study and increases the complexity of the problem instead of solving it is called the cobra effect
