If the lien is recognized

ㅡRight of the lessee to claim damages against the lessor caused by a defect in the object of lease
If the lien is not recognized
ㅡRight of the lessee to claim the return of the rental deposit
ㅡ Tenant's right to refund
ㅡPurchase receivable based on the lessee’s right to purchase accessories
ㅡRight of the tenant to request a refund of the facility fee
4 elements of establishment of lien (all must be satisfied)
The claim claimed by the lien must have arisen in relation to the subject matter.
The lienholder must continue to occupy the property for which he is claiming the lien.
The debt claimed by the lien must arrive at the due date
There should be no special agreement between the debtor and the lienholder to exclude the occurrence of the lien.
