A great starting place to learn and practice crypto dev!

Hello!

I wanted to share this resource I came across recently. I've been running through some tutorials on crypto dev to satisfy my curiosity about smart contracts. I've been wondering for a long time, and finally decided to dedicate some time to learning about the nuts and bolts of it.

This is part of my current effort to get into web dev in general a bit more seriously. Hope to post some more on that broader topic, and my own experience soon. For now please enjoy this resource if you have an interest in blockchain development.

Thanks for sharing this resource. It is indeed helpful. Hopefully, I can build my own decentralized application one day.

Let me know when you start working on something. I'd be interested to be involved.
Would be great to see some of your ideas as posts, too!

I'd also like to know if you start working on something, as I would love to support you! We need more devs with original ideas, or more devs who can take original ideas and translate them into code. This is a good path you have chosen to explore!

Oh Dave, I almost forgot, I've been trying to encourage the users of penny4thoughts to place the tag amongst the first 4, this way we create a Trending page where others who want to support the project can find those posts that are participating. Unfortunately, Steemit only allows the first 5 tags (which includes the Community tag) to appear in the Trending of that tag. So, for example, if you click now on your tag penny4thoughts, you will not find this post on the list.

Ah! I saw that in another comment, and wondered what the reasoning was. Thank you for re-iterating that for me!

I'll do it!
