I think what he was saying was he saw when the guy made contact with the girl, he wasn't exactly admitting that it was an assault. Hopefully the video does show it from an angle that leaves no question about what actually happened. It might even show the guy watching her and then purposely going towards her. I guess we'll see (unless they burn the video).
