Our judicial system is a joke, a farce and an utter disgrace, reporting on child rapists earned Tommy prison time. Judge Geoffrey Marson Is Soft On Paedophiles.
Judicial Joker
Judge Geoffrey Marson QC is the man who wrongly imprisoned Tommy Robinson for the serious crime of reporting on Muslim child rapists outside Leeds Crown Court.
Judge Geoffrey Marson QC had Tommy arrested and in double-quick time, sentenced him to 13 months in his "kangaroo court". The appeals court judge found that Judge Geoffrey Marson QC had presided over a "flawed process" that led to Tommy's release from HMP Onley.
Judge Geoffrey Marson QC came down hard on Tommy, abused or ignored judicial processes and had him sent to prison immediately for the contemptible crime of reporting on Muslim child rapists.
So how does Judge Geoffrey Marson QC treat paedophiles in his court?
Mark Duckworth Leaves Court
A Soft Spot For Paedophilia
Given Judge Geoffrey Marson QC's harsh treatment of Tommy Robinson, one may think he is a hardline judge who dishes out severe sentences to all those who appear before him in his court; however, that isn't the case.
Mark Duckworth is a 64-year-old IT teacher; he was arrested by West Yorkshire Police officers who executed a search warrant at his home in January last year. Mark was working as a supply teacher at the time of his arrest and had been in education for 40 years.
Police officers seized two of Marks laptops which, after analysis, found 46 "illegal images" downloaded onto them, 29 images were designated as "category A", and they involved the graphic sexual abuse of children aged between two and 15 years of age.
All but one of the images were videos, one of which showed a man raping a five-year-old girl.
So what did the Judicial Joker Judge Geoffrey Marson QC have to say about it?
Did he come down hard on this depraved pervert who enjoys videos of child rape?
Judge Geoffrey Marson QC said:
"For reasons which it is difficult to understand, other than you having a sexual interest in children, you had downloaded a number of movies. These images showed children aged two to 15 years of age. These are vile and disgusting images. The agony to which those children are subjected by perpetrators of these acts cannot adequately be described in words. By downloading and viewing these you, in your own way, contribute to their misery and degradation. You should be thoroughly ashamed of your behaviour."Yes, Judge Geoffrey Marson QC, he should be thoroughly ashamed of his behaviour you are bang on the money! Send the pervert who gets sexually aroused by watching a 5-year-old girl being raped straight to prison. You had no compassion for Tommy, a man you found guilty of reporting on sexual abusers of children, that would show some consistency on your part, then give that pervert a harsh sentence that befits his depraved crime.
Judge Geoffrey Marson QC gave paedophilic pervert Mark Duckworth an eight-month prison sentence, suspended for two years. He also ordered Mark to attend a 30-day rehabilitation activity requirement and to do 100 hours of unpaid work.
Mark Duckworth was also ordered by Judge Geoffrey Marson QC to go on the sex offender register for ten years.
What Law Does Judge Geoffrey Marson QC Follow?
The Protection of Children Act 1978 was legislated to "prevent the exploitation of children by making indecent photographs of them; and to penalise the distribution, showing and advertisement of such indecent photographs".
Section 1 C of this Act specifically covers the "possession of indecent photographs". The legislation also states that offences covered under this Act shall be punishable either on conviction on indictment or on summary conviction.
Protection Of Children Act
A person convicted on indictment of any offence under this Act shall be liable to imprisonment for a term of not more than 10 years, or to a fine or to both.
A person convicted summarily of any offence under this Act shall be liable—
(a) to imprisonment for a term not exceeding six months; or
(b) to a fine not exceeding the prescribed sum for the purposes of [F29section 32 of the Magistrates' Courts Act 1980] (punishment on summary conviction of offences triable either way: £1,000 or other sum substituted by order under that Act), or to both.
Protection Of Children Act
You can find this legislation HERE.
It's a bit confusing, not least the Act itself which can be used to give relatively harsh or incredibly lenient sentences to offenders - that seems to be dependent on whether there is a "conviction on indictment or on summary conviction".
Judge Geoffrey Marson QC for all and intents and purposes has ruled leniently and on its face, not within the legal statutes of the Protection of Children Act 1978.
So what act did Judge Geoffrey Marson QC use to sentence this depraved pervert?
Either way, Judge Geoffrey Marson QC is soft on paedophiles who like watching 5-year-old girls being raped but harsh on those who report on the perpetrators of child rape.
Mark Duckworth pleaded guilty to four offences of "making indecent images of children".
Warwickshire vicar Christopher Goble was sentenced in December last year to 20 months' imprisonment for "making indecent images of children".
You can find details of that HERE.
To adequately quote Judge Geoffrey Marson QC's words back at him:
"You should be thoroughly ashamed of your behaviour."

What is quite amazing about this whole episode is the fact the bastard Marson was not arrested for complete abuse of powers in arresting, convicting and imprisoning TR within hours. It is completely against judicial procedures.
Minimum requirement would have been stripped of office.
A complete joke.
Everyone should write to their MP DEMANDING justice. I have.

There was a Judge called David Selwood who also handed out lenient sentences to paedophiles. It turned out he had been accessing child porn himself - he was caught in operation ore. That operation was then wound up ... I wonder why?
