In STEEM (and SBD) We Trust
Oh, Galileo once said,

I'm not a formal educator, but I did work giving reading and math courses to elementary school children many years ago when I was in school, and later to my own children (which of course is a broader topic than that). And I agree with Galileo. I agree that an educator can only facilitate aspects of a person's intelligence. The results achieved are certainly determined by many factors other than the educator's skills and the learner's abilities and inclinations.
In the Steem SEA community where I am one of the moderators, especially in the implementation of the SSEA-MINER program, I prefer to correct errors in more technical aspects related to Steem, for example voting behavior, use of markdown, image sources. A few months ago we also organized a series of contests in which great attention was paid to technical matters such as the use of markdown and image sources (and other materials), so this can also be said as an indirect effort “to help them discover it within themselves”. Awareness is instilled in them through the contest, which in turn makes them more savvy with a chance to take home some SP. I think there are also many other Steemians who do the same thing, maybe in different ways.

We will certainly be astonished at how many people come to Steemit in a rush to make money, and do not want to learn, hesitate to spend times to read, so we can see people with 15 Effective SP have Voting CSI at 78, for example. No. It's not that community organizers don't do their job, but most of these users just don't care. But I think there will come a time when they will either accept it for what it is, or learn to get better, or “Steem is not for me” and leave.
Have a nice weekend.
Perhaps there should be a few classes.. after newcomer (class 1) to you (class 2) it sounds like all aspects @adeljose suggested for a learning team are covered. The only problem is how to find and combine it.
I don't agree with you if it comes to moderators. They never correct hashtags, never say anything about a catching title although and most of them don't read.
I don't think they easily leave because Steem is not for them but because the platform isn't easy and if you bump into the wrong one there are more demands than freedom. On the other hand, a group is left on their own because they don't know who to find where or ask. It takes a lot of time reading to figure that out and it's not common to receive an answer to a question.
I like your coin and I wish that those you help out would have posts and comments like yours instead of the standard 1 out of 10K
Goodnight to me (although it's 4:39 am, time to catch a nap)

Sometimes communities are created by inexperienced users, and this leads to low-quality activity. There are also users who are promoted to moderators for good activity, but do not develop additional knowledge that would give them the ability to promote a better content structure, the quality and information of an image, the use of tags, the motivation for growth, or the need to interact with other users.
When we receive a role, whatever its level of importance, we must have the need to learn something more, to continue advancing, this will lead us to rub shoulders with great leaders.

Many moderators apply to generate an income. That is the main reason. It took me till September 2024 to figure that out. There are moderators working there arses off and there are who rarely show up and moderate but do receive the boosting upvote for posting a contest. A contest they do not actively participate in themselves, not one word to the participants, nothing. It's an easy way of generating an income and grow your SP.

Yes, it's true, I've seen some moderators who don't even leave comments about a contest entry. It is unfortunate that they seek rewards without any effort.

Yes, there are definitely many aspects to consider, we can say that even food plays an important role in a person's attitude and learning.
I think it's great that you're sharing some constructive observations with other users, it's a humble help that can be of great benefit to anyone.
Many users are reluctant to learn, they want to get high rewards first and then learn, it's a formula that normally doesn't generate the desired results, in Steemit there are many things to learn, and then comes perseverance and discipline, you have to know how to handle fluctuations, today we can be up, tomorrow down, that shouldn't influence our performance.

Food plays a role.. it reminds me of the expression: you are what you eat...

20 years ago I was a long-distance runner, once before a 12K race it occurred to me not to have dinner the day before, and for breakfast I only ate bread with ham and cheese, I didn't perform even 50% of what I normally do. In the race I was a disappointment.

The idea was to stay light, it was a practice I normally did, with this I avoided heartburn and reflux during the race, but that day my body didn't work, perhaps the heat diminished my energy.
