BEWARE of the Copycat Commenter!

in hive-161155 •  8 months ago

You are so right, I for instant have a 12 hours job, yet I still stay on Steemit and read entries then comment on them just to see if I can be on top as well. Yet I lose every time in the challenges. Atimes, I don't bother to partake in comments when I don't have a perfect score.

Last week was disappointing for me, I almost shed some tears, but that's life. Even SC01 and 02 don't see me, perhaps I should just create posts more and drop the energy I put in comments day in day out

Sort Order:

You could do what we just started with. If your comments are longer simply make a post out of it and post in @freewritehouse. We also use the hashtag #comment. Perhaps it helps the curators and if not we might find each other and can answer/talk and support.

I don't care about that list but I do care about comments which are a cooy-paste out of my own text. It's not the first time I noticed this.

Comments like these add nothing to what is written.
I rather receive a 'great' or 'awesome' or thanks for the good read.

I simply lack the time to invest hours in leaving comments besides most people never answer. To those joining a contest it only helps them especially if those contests counts how many give an upvote and leave a comment. So an active commenter isn't rewarded but the one who recieves the comments.
It sounds like the world upside down.

Enjoy your time and invest in yourself first.

I think you have more chance to be noticed if you join each steemblog contest + use X

X as in Twitter?? I do not understand

They say it helps if you leave the link on Twitter, next the Twitter link underneath your post.
If it really works? I thought so twice but no longer.

Your average post still earns more than mine

See if it helps if you join different communities, more contacts.

Shorter comments isn't a problem either or send a picture or emoji with it so you are easier noticed.

Ok, thank you so much, I do appreciate this help.

You are welcome
