It is quite strange to think aliens have an agency, but then again one might say, shouldn't they?
Every organization has an agency, and maybe associations too. It would make sense to assume that aliens have agency, at least to keep them coordinated.
I am really finding it wierd discussing aliens because the best I've heard about them are in the movies, they make us believe aliens are around us trying to harm us or something. And we cannot judge reality from movies.
As there are agencies of aliens, so are there agencies fighting against aliens and the that pertain to aliens.
