A community thrives when there is unity. If unity is removed from the equation, the community begins to fall. The members of the community would work hand in hand to ensure the goals and objectives of the community is achieved. Without this uniformed mind, the community will not grow.
If a community is filled with selfish members that only seek their own gain, they are always after their benefits. The community will suffer the consequences of their greed, which is why they need to set aside their personal goal for the success of the community. The community is bigger than one person.
In a community such as this, we need to support each other and work towards being the best we can be together. If the community grows, we grow with but if not...you know the end. We must work together for the greater good.
We must always promote and represent the community very well, that will make the community more credible and attract new members. The write-ins, the comments, the votes, the resteem, engaging in contest, these are great ways to promote and help the community grow.
