I still remember the #freewrite butterflies in my stomach as step in to open the door to my new laundry shop. It was a dream come true, full with excitement.
And after a while i asked my self,What if I couldn't handle the workload? Will my new costomers like my new services i offer?
The first few hours was terrible. Machines malfunctioned, orders got mixed up, and a steady stream of demanding customers kept me on my toes, I felt like I was drowning in a sea of no end.
But as on day two , something shifted. I started to gain more and more Costumers, Juggling tasks with ease, and even managing to charm a few customers with my smiles and words. By the end of the day, I was exhausted but exhilarated like the first day.
Fast-forward to today, my shop is growing bigger. With my available machines and my ability with the help of God, my customers have grown much love for our service, and I've even expanded to offer new services like Home service, washing of bags ,shoes packaging and dry cleaning.
Looking back, that stressful first day was just the beginning of an incredible journey. It taught me to stay calm under pressure, think on my feet, and always put customers first. Now, my shop is more than just a business. it's a hub of activity, a place where people come to wash, iron and package with ease and have smiles on thier face and trust on us and believe
