This topic reminds me of how careful we need to be in choosing our friends. Some people come in contact with secret agents who they mistake for friends.

They may act like really nice people willing to lend a shoulder, a listening ear and even a helping hand. The moment you tell them stuff about yourself, they tell it to other people adding more twists to it, that is, if they are too nice to use it against you.

One thing some people do not know is that a good name is better than silver or gold. It is best to avoid anything that would earn you a bad name. Never end any friendship on a bad note, you never know how you will need that person tomorrow.

Value people and the things they tell you out of trust, because letting one's secret out may cost that person so much more than you may ever know. It doesn't feel good to be the reason and cause of a person's downfall.

Life gives consequences for all our actions.If a friend is on a wrong path, give the person the best advice you would give to yourself. It costs nothing, neither will it reduce you. You will reap the benefits knowingly or unknowingly.

I remember the story of a lady who kept reporting her husband to her friend. This friend of hers would sound like her husband was the worst man and give her the worst advice. The lady would carry out her friend's advice, thinking it was the best thing to do.
Soon enough the lady and her husband broke up and the so-called adviser friend became her husband's new bride. What a pervert for a friend.

Do not be quick to disclose your personal matters. True friendship is earned, let your friends be tested before being trusted.Beware of secret agents who pose as your friends.. Cheers
