These days everything seems to be on the high side. Things are now purchased for double of the price within such a short time. Food is not left out of these. You have to be on a very good income to be able to afford what you really should be eating or you will have to make do with whatever is available..
This should not be. A life of struggle reduces man to a state of a mere animal. This is because rather than rule reign and enjoy life, it becomes a struggle for survival.
Survival instinct is what an animal has but not man.
All these makes it almost impossible to even think about how healthy your food should be. We can try by planting some healthy foods of our choice in our gardens.
Refuse to be one of those to struggle and gulp anything. Let wisdom from God guide you, for the world is our God given place to riegn in.
