I have always loved coconut, I eat as much as I can and use some to make rice. I used to hear about coconut oil but it sounded so far-fetched like it would have to be produced in a big factory. I never saw coconut as something that would contain a meaningful quantity of oil.
The first time I had close contact with coconut oil was when my friend's sister gave birth. I only saw the baby about four months after, her skin shun so brightly and her name happened to be sunshine. I had to ask my friend what she was creamed with and she said it was coconut oil. 'Where did you get that?' I asked surprisingly. Then I was told it was home made, and my friend went ahead to give me the recipe. That was how I began to make and use coconut oil. Since then I have no regrets
