Last night was another warm July evening. I went out with my friend to a quaint bar & restaurant called "Hugo's", which is located on a wonderful mews style street near Queen's Park in NW London. The space within is set upon a large laminated floored room with tables and booths that cater for big or small groups. A classic setting with wooden furniture and cool lighting gives the whole place a real relaxed and cosy vibe. The outdoor seating is fantastic as well and dog friendly, which is always a plus.
"Hugo's" provides a good selection of wine and craft beers. I opted for a light sweet Peach beer, which was refreshing for the summer evening! The home-made burger with chips was made simple but still well prepared, exactly what I needed.
This is the sort of place I would love to go to regularly for a quick drink or weekend meal. I would surely be back soon!
