    You sit in a closed room, I live in a closed part of nature. No visitors, entruders, no visits, no news, I switch off, there's no one, no gossip, I focus on me and and if needed I free write or go elsewhere.

    Freewriting helps ventilating. I don't know if you noticed it but I'm rarely read.
