In the same order of ideas of my previous publication, I believe I have achieved important changes in the process of leaving behind all the bad things I was doing and being or changing everything that is within my reach. It has not been an easy change, and I consider that it has not been very difficult either, the attitude and positive mentality has been a key factor but not indispensable. Learning not only to say I will do it, but also to materialize it and even if things do not always go as you want, there will always be another day to try.

Giving priority to things is another important point, if it is a priority and relevant you have to do it, otherwise it can wait a little longer, taking breaks between activities is not essential, it is very necessary and key to rest the mind that also gets tired, although we do not notice it or it seems that we do not. I have seen a revival in me, of how I did things before and how I am doing them now, that's what sustains me the constancy, if at some point I do not feel like leaving it, but I know I must return, because I have come so far that I would not like to do much to end up at the starting point.

I still need to include an exercise routine to what I do daily, but I feel that I must first control the insomnia, especially at bedtime at night, and avoid the slumps that usually give me in the afternoon after eating, that sleep that comes in that makes me take a short break, which I consider unnecessary. Perhaps it could be due to the small transformation I want to make to my life, but my weakness in the evenings when sleeping is that I must do it completely not partially or when I wake up I would spend the rest of it and part of the night with a headache.
