TAMING THE RASCAL

Amanze sat down in his obi, thinking of what to do with Ikemba his son, the boy is gradually turning to a nuisance. He doesn't listen to anyone, he beats up his fellow children even those older than him and to make matters worst he has refused to go to school.

Amanze was really troubled, the boy's excesses need to be put in check, but how could that be done. He was there lost in thoughts when Agbonma his beautiful wife came in with his evening meal.

Agbonma: " Nna anyi your food is here"
Amanze: "Go away with the food I don't have appetite for anything".
Agbonma: "Obi m, what is wrong why are you troubled".
Amanze: "Your son Ikemba wants to drag my name to shame, sometimes I wonder if that boy is truly my son, he is very different from all his brothers, infact he needs to be put in check else he will turn out a disgrace to my prestigious name".

Agbonma didn't know what else to say she too was concerned about Ikemba's behaviour and she is in support of her husband on this, the boy has to be tamed, he seems to be growing wilder as the day goes by. He really needs to be put in check, but how can this be done?
