Are you one of those great commenters? Is your name always on the list? I love to hear how you do this, how it is possible you beat me time after time?

I asked around, asked you but you NEVER answer so this is what I did: I spent an entire week on Steemit for about 19-20 hours a day!

Guess what? You still beat me and I wonder how that can be. Are all those who run those 'stats' blind or do you fool the AI that is used to find those who comment by just searching for about 50-140 words?

Today I woke up extra early and didn't even get out of bed, I read, commented and upvoted but it feels as if all the time I invest only makes it worse. No matter what I do you always keep beating me.

@rokhani would surely say that if I envy you I should use it positively just like he did a week ago. A bot can't tell the difference between dghuomvfs gffbkollm edcb xch. Eryiknnn, plagiarism and a comment thoughtfully written, that one makes sense and adds value to what the text the author wrote.

While I climb the blocks and stumble over the chains I can't stop looking for the answer. Why is it I am never the number one just like the gnomes I work with who are all part of the Thank You Brigade. Indeed we are small and always late but we do read and upvote and let authors know, they are noted and appreciated.

Let's make noise is what @rokhani said. It's a slogan I remember from noise.cash. A word that I never understood since a comment is rarely read let alone be answered.
If the birth of more and more comment copycats is the result, is what happens and means there was a good comment left behind, it feels like commenting is an immense waste of time.

Should we only write long comments in the hope they will be read, answered perhaps, by a third person willing to scroll through the comment line, while hoping for a very small chance of being noticed? I don't think so.

I know what you did last night

What you do constantly
It's a trick
You do NOT write your comments yourself

You are a thief
Steal author's words
To make yourself look better

This is how you are the number one on the list
But all you are is a fraud
A COPYCAT commenter

#Steemit and many fall for the noise you make
Everyone should learn
Commenting is not about counting words

If it comes to me
I don't need those stolen comments
You treating me on my own words!

Are you kidding me?
Do you truly believe I don't recognize what I wrote?

If it comes to leaving a comment
I am capable commenting on myself

The copycat commenter
How pathetic he is
By far he does not have a great personality

Copy-paste doesn't make Steemit a better place
Should we really accept and reward these word thieves?

Halloo @wakeupkitty.pal

You are so right, I for instant have a 12 hours job, yet I still stay on Steemit and read entries then comment on them just to see if I can be on top as well. Yet I lose every time in the challenges. Atimes, I don't bother to partake in comments when I don't have a perfect score.

Last week was disappointing for me, I almost shed some tears, but that's life. Even SC01 and 02 don't see me, perhaps I should just create posts more and drop the energy I put in comments day in day out

You could do what we just started with. If your comments are longer simply make a post out of it and post in @freewritehouse. We also use the hashtag #comment. Perhaps it helps the curators and if not we might find each other and can answer/talk and support.

I don't care about that list but I do care about comments which are a cooy-paste out of my own text. It's not the first time I noticed this.

Comments like these add nothing to what is written.
I rather receive a 'great' or 'awesome' or thanks for the good read.

I simply lack the time to invest hours in leaving comments besides most people never answer. To those joining a contest it only helps them especially if those contests counts how many give an upvote and leave a comment. So an active commenter isn't rewarded but the one who recieves the comments.
It sounds like the world upside down.

Enjoy your time and invest in yourself first.

I think you have more chance to be noticed if you join each steemblog contest + use X

X as in Twitter?? I do not understand

They say it helps if you leave the link on Twitter, next the Twitter link underneath your post.
If it really works? I thought so twice but no longer.

Your average post still earns more than mine

See if it helps if you join different communities, more contacts.

Shorter comments isn't a problem either or send a picture or emoji with it so you are easier noticed.

Ok, thank you so much, I do appreciate this help.

You are welcome

Yes, X as in Twitter

Sincerely speaking, if it wasn’t for this post, i had know idea there was even a challenge on “top commenters”. I now see why you do this #comment whenever you make long comments..

Thanks for this info..

I checked but the comments do not show. From now on I'll make posts out of it and will leave the link of what I am responding to.

There's a lot going on on this platform. Just read an article about Steemit no idea if it's true but it shines a bit of a light on the "black web Steemit" site as well.

If you click #comment can you see all of them or posts only?

Just some few post and majority of them are from you!!

I thought so which is weird. But I noticed the same if it comes to searching for contestbon the www. Most of it never shows or just short and next it disappears..always been that way.

Your dedication and passion for Steemit resonate clearly from your words, kitty. It's evident how much time and effort you put into each comment and post you create, striving to make a difference in the community. It's admirable to see someone so dedicated and persevering, despite the challenges and disappointments that may arise. Remember that the value of your contribution is not only measured by visibility or immediate recognition, but by the lasting impact you can have on others. Continue to share your creative uniqueness and your perspective; we all truly need more authentic voices like yours.🙌
