Spit, the out-of-the-box thought is the lower back pain (lumbago) which is caused by muscles, makes life hard and us caused by...
First thought and also most mentioned is "laziness" unsportive people who mainly sit and hardly set a foot and if they lift something or reach for something it goes wrong. That killing pain in the back. Own stupid fault because the back is very string and the muscles became weak. True or?
It sounds good but the opposite happens as well. The work down, what is lifted 24/7 (for years) is too heavy and if I continue reading stress is a good one causing lower backpain as well.
No x-rayneeded the physiotherapist knows how to cure it (does s/he and if so how come after months ir years nothing became better?).
The tips: move, keep moving, distress, don't sit too long in the same position (there are no wrong ways of sitting is stated) and take a painkiller.
I wonder if a physiotherapist is needed to hear this. Most likely the doctor already told this which is the first step (unless you are filthy no physiotherapist can be consulted without a letter from the doctor).
Btw if it is spit shows if you are in pain for 6 weeks and if/how the legs hurt. I doubt it but also wonder if people still have 'spit'.
Is spit part of the Dutch verb spitten?

Picture - kind of sad if I search for "spitten" I am shown pictures of icecream. It says enough about the laziness and one sided thinking of humans and AI.
Prompt: spit see here
