Who says he learned how to listen, to wait a few seconds before start talking? Who says this isn't his personality otherwise it wouldn't be charisma but fake that you met.

    It's just that I as a salesman have dealt with endless people over the last 9 years of my life, that's how I can tell he's charismatic.
