A woman captured (Netflix)

It's unclear to me how the interviewer found the woman named Marshi which she followed (interviewed) for 1.5 years.
I did not understand one word of what Marshi said or the interviewer said but I watched the documentary till the end.
There's a bit of English text in-between the scenes which partly explain what's going on.

Marshi is a 52 years old lady who works at a factory but also works as a servant (captured since 10 years).
She lives with that person who doesn't treat her well. While Marshi works the fat ruler commands her around. By the way, the lady of the house is not rich you can already see that by how the house is decorated, but she brags about having servants (I'm not sure if the young man wiping floors with her is one too).

It's clear Marshi isn't happy altough, she smiles and tries to keep smiling. I wonder what she did to have a life like this, being held as a slave. She doesn't even have a bed but sleeps on a small couch.

This captured woman deserves better and as the interviewer calls the police anonymously they police says they can't do anything and are aware of the phenomenon.

It's not thanks to a secret agent this scared woman can escape and start a new life (with her daughter and grandchild) but someone makes a phone call to (?) clear the road for her.
She is one out of millions of women who are treated worse than a dog. The fact it is not noticed, we close our eyes or believe in equal rights (does all life matter?) is already bad enough.
I hope this lady has found a better life.
