My nails are strong, white and long, my fingernails and toenails too. My fingernails aren't superlong like those acrylic ones but still. If I look around me I wonder why so many have nail issues. I'm not eating very healthy and rarely fruits and vegetables. I spent most of my time inside. So no sun and extra vitamin D. So if I have healthy nails how come you don't?
I can't say I find this picture sexy. The nails are disturbing, tasteless. As if a piece of plastic is glued on the finger. Look at bit longer at the middle and ring finger. The longer you look the weirder it is. It doesn't look nice to these fingers.
Just like injections, syringes and facemasks I wonder how high the mountain with fake nails is by now. How all those nails, glue and polish poison the environment.

Nice post and this about nails, how to have healthy nails, I am so busy don't have much time for my nails but for the others who have healthy nails, that is nice. It's fun to have different colors for nail polish like the fuchsia pink, violet, and light pink guys. Or you can try nail art too, it's fun as well.
