Within seconds, our instincts knows whether we like someone or not.
We do not consciously think about it, but react immediately. Is the instinct right or is it better not to judge the book by its cover after all, there are 1001 possibilities why someone behaves or reacts in a certain way at that specific moment.
What exactly does such a moment - a short acqaintance in which the instinct draws a conclusion very quickly- mean? Should we take it seriously and if is this conclusion based on that conscious person or situation or ourselves?
Our instinct reacts and the only reason why is to keep us safe. Perhaps it would be good to listen to it a little more often instead of being manipulated and fooled by a friendly appearance, flattery, and promises that are too good to be true.
