久しぶりにゆで肉を作ってみました。
ゆで肉とは言うものの、 無水分のゆで肉にしてみました。 www
鍋の下に青たまねぎを敷いて
テンジャンで30分ほど熟成させた豚肉をのせて弱火で煮る？ くれます。
水に漬けていないと肉質がもっとしっとりして柔らかかったです。
