I have two stories about two of my friends who are both in the academic world. After graduating from college, they both chose higher education up to the second strata rather than swerving into the world of work. Both of them also receive tuition assistance from their parents. What distinguishes the two is the demands of his family regarding work.

The first comrade had full support in his studies. Until the beginning of marriage, he did not have anything except a master's degree certificate. His parents did not force him to enter the business world to earn an income. Instead, his parents encouraged him that he should be on the path of knowledge, not on the path of entrepreneurship like himself.

The second friend also received full support for his studies, only when he was always asked when to earn an independent income? When do you work and when can you have a position? The goal is to pay for college so that you can make money and prosper as quickly as possible.

What I saw as an outsider who was equally vented, the first friend turned out to be in the end more successful and more prosperous economically than the second friend. Success seems to come more easily to people who are conditioned to be calm and focused on their field than to people who are made to live under constant pressure.

This is a lesson for me how to treat my baby, which I really hope to be successful.
