this one is my friend, he got a job as a fruit trimmer, as soon as the fruit had fallen after I harvested he immediately took the fruit and slashed it, onto the road so the car could pick it up..

but at that time there was a fruit that couldn't be lifted because the fruit was quite large, I estimate the fruit is about 60 kg in weight in one bunch, my friend can only lift it about an inch from the ground, if to lift it even higher or carry a coconut It was clear that the oil palm could not afford it because the fruit was too big.

this one is a warehouse where fertilizer is stored, which has a special garden to make the warehouse only for storing fertilizer, has it come time for fertilization, our workers just need to take it in the warehouse..

and this is the atmosphere of the garden that I want to harvest, at the location of the garden just finished spraying the weed grass that has grown taller in the oil palm plantation area, so it is a little easier for me to harvest it because the grass is not too high,,

for the price of palm oil for now has decreased drastically, oil palm farmers are a little shaken because the price is very cheap,

For us workers, the price of harvesting remains the same, if the price of palm oil is expensive, the cost of harvesting remains the same and if the price of palm oil decreases, the cost of harvesting will also remain the same, because we have set the procedure for the workers.

If the price of palm oil goes up, we don't have any protests about the price or the cost of harvesting, as well as if the price of palm oil goes down, the plantation owners don't even cry, because it's already been decided.
