天気が暑くて日差しが強すぎて外で何かをするのがちょっとあれですね。 元々は散歩もして運動もしようと思ったんですが、思ったより簡単ではありません。 体重は大きな変化がないのに、妙に体が遅くなったような気がして、室内で運動するか迷っています。 近いうちにジムに通うかしなければなりませんね。
夏が早く行くといいですね。
