Home made pad thai, a famous dish in Thailand. Wherever part of the country you can easily get but the best pad thai I had was in Chiang Mai. It was super delicious, very affordable and the restaurant was very accessible from my workplace.
This is very easy to prepare and the ingredients can be found in google.
