日本の空き家率が増加しているらしく、家が5万円で買える？
場所・家によっては無料で上げているところもあるとか。。。
どんな場所なのか、誰がどんな感じで死んだのかとか、ちょっと不安でもある。
でも地方の空き家だけでなく、都会の方とか鎌倉のあたりにも空き家があるとか。。。
ただとかで安く家が手に入ったら、リフォームのちょっとお金をかけても結構安くていい家になるのかなぁとか思う。
バケーションレンタルとか、Airbnbとかに使ってレンタル収入とかもいけるかなとか思ったりして。
アメリカは家高いから。。。家は絶対無理。
なので、ホント早速探してみよとか思ってしまった。

My wife and I are looking for a place right now. Okutama had a deal like this, but my wife said it was too inaka. She would know being from Kazuno, Akita.
It might be a good investment to buy them and AirBnB them or the like. I know some places you have to live there though so they can get the tax revenue.

I do remodeling in California. Would love to do it in Japan, but the way Japan remodels and the way I remodel are quite different. Hiromi's Hachioji Daiku show was pretty good. Very creative.

Gems don't pay the big bills yet. The virus made that worse too. Set us back a few years so... until then it's kitchens, bathrooms, wine rooms, etc.
