The garbage problem is a complicated one. People like to litter. They don't think about the consequences of their actions. There are several reasons why people still throw garbage everywhere. For some people, garbage is a waste that has no value so that it is useless and meaningless to him.
When people throw garbage, for example on roads or other public places, they think that these places do not belong to them, but belong to the government, so they think that it is the government that is obliged to maintain the cleanliness, not them. The absence of a sense of responsibility from the community towards the surrounding environment and public places causes them not to have a sense of belonging to the place.
In fact, when a public place is dirty, everyone will feel uncomfortable. And vice versa, when the public place is clean, everyone will feel comfortable. People who throw garbage indiscriminately get sanctions, but unfortunately the government has not applied strict sanctions to people who litter like what is done abroad.
Therefore, it would be better if we start from ourselves to maintain cleanliness. I teach my children not to litter. If somewhere there is no trash can, then we have to take the trash home and throw it in the trash that we find later or at home.
