In the year of 2014 I had the pleasure to visit the most emblematic natural monument of Caracas City, the capital of my country Venezuela, where you can be feeling astonished to admire beyond the possible sight you might get from the city itself. I'm talking about the Ávila mountain or better known in aboriginal language as Waraira Repano.

To reach the top of this humongous mountain, it's necessary a modern cable car that was inaugurated again to attract more tourists with this main public facility, moreover of other services that make possible the activities there with several restaurants, cottages and even a big hotel, the Humboldt one.

At that time I can't remember what I really spent in total when I visited the highest point of the mountain, but I'm clearly sure I was writing down every single cost I did to evaluate how much control I have with my money during a travel, so I am sorry if I'm looking very funny in the following photography that Dad took on me. In any case, I think we had about the following items in bs, $ and Steem, according to certain investigation on probable costs:

It's incredible how much culture you can easily find there, no matter what day of the year you will visit the place. At the opportunity I went to the Ávila, dad and I found this interesting NO HEAD musician that was playing instrument on the famous Mexican song "Cielito Lindo" and of course I couldn't avoid the opportunity to have my own picture with him.

Not always I even had the opportunity to spend few days in the capital, specially to a place that I never saw in that moment but I've been hearing a lot about it because the possibility to enjoy a quiet route in cable car and being breathtaking by seeing the city and the other side of the mountain from above. It's such an incredible experience anyone must take in count during their trip to Caracas.

Don't know how to describe, but you surely will breathe a magical peace due to the far away of constant noise of an urban city like Caracas. It has such a beautiful view from the top to see all the fresh space while you're tasting such delicious strawberries with cream and being accompanied by relatives or friends.

📸 Bring a good camera with enough charged battery to not missing the best images during practically all the journey.

🏨 Food and lodging use to be a bit expensive than the average, so if you wanna spend the night there and eat, take yourself much money you can even think about it.

🧣 Wear the appropriate clothes to cover yourself against the typical cold weather you can expect from a mountain like jerseys and scarves, plus sport shoes. There's always fresh air there are no one wants to get sick unnecessarily.

⏱️Go there as early as you can because there's a lot to see and enjoy, so you wouldn't like to miss something important by arriving late there because trip in the cable car takes more than a half of an hour.
