Dear steemians, my friends, based on my good experience from yesterday, I spontaneously came up with the 💡 idea to introduce you to the Trófea Grill restaurant chain , which I can be rightly proud of, as it is a 100% domestic business!

I designed this header ornament but I inserted the official Trófea Grill logo!

Perhaps the best if I start my tale, how I got into this place last evening, which of course I know very well and I know everything about this enterprise and its historical background.

Once upon a time, around , I cooperated with Online Hotels Ltd., a Hungarian company, of course in the area of online marketing. My main activity was the management of SEO processes.

✅ It is understandable that I had relation with everything what is tourism: accommodations, hotels, transfer services, and of course the cool restaurants and restaurant chains.

I still keep in touch with a lot of people I met in the tourism sector, on a friendly level 😉 Sometimes we have full wellness days at one of these gatherings, and by the end of the program we are usually quite hungry.

Trófea Grill

. Restaurant's address is 1117 Budapest, Hauszmann Alajos u. 6/b. Exactly that's the restaurant, what I'll talk to you in this post, but you should know there are many of them around Budapest.

I'll tell you the big secret, for example, this is an older photo, but you can guess it, because I'll be wearing a different shirt in the other recent photos 😜

📜 I would like to briefly say a few words about how Trófea Grill started its career 🚀

I am sharing with you information about this Hungarian company that not many people know, especially foreigners not❗

Of course, the roots of the business do not come from Kings' Buffet Kft., which you can find out about on their official website. Although this company also plays an important role, it only came into the picture in 2009, while Trófea Grill actually started spreading its wings in 2000.

👌What delicacies are usually available in the Trófea Grill restaurant chain❓

It is not customary to write about Trófea style restaurants in Budapest on gastroblogs, just as it is not customary to write about an all-you-can-eat place either. When the business is about making sure that the price of the kilograms of food that reaches the stomach is somehow lower than the fixed amount requested at the entrance, then quality is not the priority, it is more business than hospitality.

Despite this, the chain of restaurants of , especially the location what I mentioned in my post, for example, represent the more demanding places in this field. The place looks good, there are many and attentive waiters working inside (even the rudest waiter was unpleasant only in that he looked into the distance with complete boredom and unsmiling apathy), and the food is also quite acceptable.

👏 Especially if you know what to choose.

This restaurant really has a great selection. Perhaps it's like than the Ryans restaurant chain in Daytona Beach, Florida. Trófea Grill is something similar, although I think the selection is much wider and of course supports domestic cuisine at least 60%.

Let's say me and my buddies are not ordinary guests. We also get a completely unique offer 😉

Fajitas : Let's say that my real favorite is the Karcag version, this corner of my country was very famous for its shepherds back then. I will tell you about it one day, in detail, let's say in the form of a recipe.

Duck thigh roast with steamed cabbage ➡️ I love Vecsés cabbage the most.

My other favorites, which are not Hungarian dishes, but let's not forget that Trófea Grill is a real source both of domestic and international cuisine:

You only have to look at me, I don't despise dessert either 😊

💭 Since it's all you can eat, what's the best strategy❓

It is absolutely not recommended to follow the strategy that today's big and fat businessmen are doing in this place. Better bring out your nobler self.

Don't focus on eating a lots, rather on trying as many things as possible, like a 👑 king❗

Unlimited consumption of both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks possible, but this does not apply to stronger drinks such as whiskey or cognac, as they must be paid for. For me, this is not a problem, because my favorite whiskey is never on offer at Trófea Grill, so I skip other options. My favorite whiskey is the 100 Pipers (Steem Greeter Team 📋TODO, you know 08.24th 😂 ➡️ Who am I?).

💡Good advice: since drink consumption is unlimited, remember that this is a trick of Trófea Grill. If you drink a lot, especially fibrous soft drinks, such as peach juice, you will definitely get full quickly, and couldn't be able to taste of variety foods, as much as you like.

✅ If you come to the Trófea restaurant, you don't have to hurry, you can stay for at least 3 hours!

🎙️ What is my overall opinion of the Trófea Grill restaurant chain❓

The question is more complex, than the answer can simply be derived from the aspect of gastronomy.

When I say that the food they prepare is delicious, it is quite subjective. The thing is, a person's world of taste is a subjective factor. However, based on my observation, I can say that these restaurants are among the favorites of many people.

A business, on the other hand, is much more than its main activity, which it otherwise tries to focus on. The question is always how the company can distribute the resources so, that the biggest slice gets to its main activity.

They usually say this, it's fashionable:

💡 Of course I understand the logic behind this. Trademark registration is actually nothing more than a legal procedure. No one can't apply for a trademark for an entire brand, at most for some of its elements.

Regardless of everything, I defiantly break the trend and declare:

- every brand can be a trademark, but not every trademark can be a brand 😜

Because the brand is a much more serious thing. Building a brand is a very difficult thing. At the same time, a trademark could be any part of the brand, as I have already said, a simple legal procedure.

However, just because you get a trademark, after a long legal procedure, there is no guarantee in the world, that you will be able to build a brand from it!

The brand, as a concept, summarizes the whole image of a product and/or its manufacturer, which includes, among other things, the visual image, the different color variants of use, the form of use, the ways of appearance (business card, letterhead, handout, online appearances, website, social media, television advertisements, etc.), i.e. everything that is related to the product and its presentation in the broadest sense in the minds and memories of consumers. These are the complex associative factors that determine the brand's position on the market and provide a basis for comparison with competing brands.

Obviously, I cannot judge the entire process of branding, how good they were at it. But I am sure that the necessary SWOT analysis was always performed there and when it was needed. You know, Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats.

👏 What I see within the marketing sector, is online marketing. According to my rating scale, they certainly contributed to the branding in this area on a 10/10 basis.
