The English language is very important in our society, as is the language for all. English is a general language that is accepted across the globe, so everyone needs to know how to speak it. To this end, I am very pleased with the contest organized by @alegnita, which I have shared my opinion below.

Which is your opinion about the importance of the English language to get involved with people from other countries and cultures?

As I have earlier introduced, the English language is very important as it is a general language that is used for communication across the globe, and everyone needs to get involved to make communication easier and more understandable around the world.

To this end, my opinion about the importance of the English Language to get involved with people from other countries and cultures is that since the English language is a no man language but a general language that is accepted in other countries and cultures, it should be taught in places where people find it difficult to speak the English language based on the importance given below.

• It makes communication easier and faster.
• It is the language used for international trade.
• It builds relationships among people from different countries.

What's your current level of this international idiom? Are you taking practical actions to improve it?

As it stands, English is the language that I practically know how to speak, and I am taking action to improve it by learning and putting what I have learned into practice. I am taking action to learn American English since their way of speaking English is a little different from that of the British.

My mother tongue is Bendi, which is the native language of the Bekwarra local government area of Cross River State. Aside from Bendi, my mother also speaks English, and she focuses more on speaking Broken English and Pidgin language.

Which foreign language would you love to learn? Chinese? Russian? Arabic, German? Or any other in mind? Explain the reasons.

The foreign languages that I would love to learn are German and Chinese. These two languages have been on my mind for a very long time. Apart from the English language, both languages dominate more than other languages. However, the reason is that I loved the Chinese and German citizens, and I would love to visit the two countries.
