Plan to use rewards allocation for community accounts development steemit _travel

Hello frands off steemit travel , i hope you are always in good health and blessed.

In this post we want to release about tha allocation off tha use of TRON (TRX) rewards obtained through tha steemit travel community accounts (@hive 163291) basically we want to increase Steem power community accounts that can provide more value when creating on quality posts. So we'll 100%steem/sbd rewards to power up and reach more resources in tha community.

We hope to increase tha community accounts resources because relying on delegation is kot tha solutions. Delegates may at any time withdraw their delegates form tha community accounts. Meanwhile, if you have more resources on tha oner accounts, we can provide more value in the post.

Increase resources is our only focus managein rewards meanwhile, to support operators and engagement in tha community. We will use tron (trx) rewards. We will allocate 50% off the TRON obtained in the community accounts to support operators engagement and marketing.
Will tha remind 50% off rewards will be used full conversion to STEEM and in power up.
Currently we are focusing on a 50/50 formation to support activities and increase resources.

Tha following are tha details of tha allocation off trx rewards to support steem travel community activities.

1. 25%TRX will be allocated to support that implement off the contest and engagement.

2.25%TRX will be allocated to support potential projects, such as , charity promotion and marketing workshops meet ups.

2.50%TRX will be used to convert to STEEM and in POWERFUL.
Regarding tha use off trx rewards allocated ,a report
Will be made every month. Tha report will include tha amount off rewards earning darning tha one month period as will as tha amount off TRX that has been allocated to tha three points avoid. Tha first report about this project will be made and 19 July though tha accounts @hive 163291.

Meanwhile, for now tha steem travel community has 172 TRX (data unity July 18)

.43 TRX for contest support until 18 August 2022
.43TRX will be saved to support potential projects for community development and marketing as mentioned in point 2.
. 86 TRX will be allocated for STEEM power up,transparently will be done soon.

We hope that this will target use of trx allocated can support tha increase in activities and resources off tha steem travel community . Thus tha update reports for tha development off tha steem travel community.
