Menu for Dinner with a Mix of Acehnese Special Spices at IB&C Cafe

At night, the center of Lhokseumawe City is always crowded with visitors, both local and outside the region. As the city center, there are various types of shopping centers here. There are many cafes and restaurants that offer various types of services for food and drinks.

You can also find various types of street food in every corner of the city, some of them even sell carts in front of the shop, we call them street vendors. Micro business traders for this type of street food are usually open from 3pm to 12pm. They sell everything from snacks to heavy meals or staple foods.

On street food, we can usually find food at a more affordable price compared to food sold in restaurants. The quality of the food of the two is also not much different. But maybe to enjoy food on the side of the road, it seems too noisy, but that's the sensation you get, maybe interesting.

Meanwhile, to be able to enjoy food more comfortably indoors, cafes or restaurants can be an option. There are many cafes and restaurants selling food along the main roads in the city center. Tonight I went out to enjoy dinner at my favorite Cafe.

This cafe is called IB&C, a cafe located on Jl. Baiturrahim No. 15, Lancang Garam, Kec. Banda Sakti, Lhokseumawe City, Aceh, which provides several types of menus. This cafe provides fried rice with sharing toppings. There are chicken fried rice, village fried rice and seafood fried rice.

Fried rice is processed with Acehnese special spices which are rich in high quality spices. It has a distinctive taste, not too spicy, savory and delicious. Fried rice with a side dish of Fried Chicken seasoned with processed shrimp paste has a distinctive taste of a mixture of chili, tomato and shrimp paste seasonings.

Meanwhile, the most favorite here is Acehnese noodles with a variety of flavors and toppings. The popular menu is aceh noodles with seafood topping. Noodles served with this type of fried noodles or noodle soup have a distinctive taste from processed spices that taste more delicious.

Yellow aceh noodles are made from flour specially processed in traditional markets. Aceh noodles have a delicious taste and soft texture compared to factory-processed instant noodles. The thicker seasoning makes the noodles taste more delicious with the combination of toppings that are presented with a simple appearance but have a delicious taste.

Meanwhile, you can find a variety of fresh drinks, including juices at this cafe. I like to enjoy young coconut with jelly mixture the most. This young coconut has been specially cooked and mixed with jelly, has a sweet taste and soft coconut meat.

Coconut with jelly mixture is very good to drink cold. This coconut jelly is usually stored in the refrigerator, so it looks fresh to be enjoyed. I really like this coconut jelly because it has a good taste with a blend of jelly and soft coconut meat.

This cafe has a menu suitable for dinner. With a menu of fried rice or aceh noodles as the main dish. Friendly service as well as fast food is another advantage that this cafe also has.

In addition, the menu is also priced at an economical price. For fried rice, the price is around IDR 15K - IDR 20K, depending on the topping and type. Meanwhile, coconut jelly costs IDR 20K, while fried Aceh noodles without toppings are priced at IDR 10K.

Cafe also provides a parking area in front, clean toilets and a fairly large room. Can sit inside the cafe or in the front yard or on the side of the cafe page. Offering a good menu and friendly service, Cafe becomes a recommendation to enjoy dinner.
