My Country Staple Food

First let us say that we are Bengalis in fish and rice. If our people in Bangladesh and our Bangladeshi people who live there do not eat rice for three meals, then it seems that the people of our country are not full. Because we grow paddy in our country and paddy becomes rice. Our country has the capacity to produce large quantities of rice. Also the main food of our country is rice.
Had rice with chicken tonight. And we ate like a little picnic.
The chicken is cut into very large pieces. and cooked. The rice plate has rice, cucumber on the side, plus chicken.
People of our country usually like to eat three meals of rice. But there are some people who skip breakfast in the morning by eating roti paratha and various other junk food. But I myself eat three meals of rice and sometimes bread.
Me and Roni bhai kept the bowl of curry in front of us and we finished eating and drinking. And with satisfaction we were able to finish eating and drinking.
Generally, rice cannot be eaten on its own. There is a rule to eat curry with rice. I like to eat rice only with good quality curry. Besides, our Bangladeshi people like potato bhaji more. Rice can be eaten with all kinds of curries. If the amount of rice and curry are equal, it is beneficial for the human body. In addition, if the level of rice is high, they may face problems in the human body. I would like to talk about the pros and cons.
Here I have given the image of paddy plant which I have collected from the paddy field. The paddy is dried on the road after it is collected from the paddy field. Then from there rice is produced and sold in the market. Below is a picture of a rice shop.
Here are some brief ideas about the pros and cons of eating rice in my opinion.
Rice can raise our blood sugar levels. People with diabetes can definitely eat rice as per doctor's advice.
Eating too much rice is harmful to the human body. Arsenic enters rice during cultivation when it is in the field. In that case, arsenic remains with the rice even after cooking rice from paddy and rice from rice. The substance will continue to enter the body and the body may experience damage.
Rice is high in calories. It can increase the weight of the human body. Of course, every person should eat rice according to the rules.
In addition, rice also contains a large amount of beneficial antioxidants. It increases the digestive power of people.
- There are several types of rice. However, there is a variety of red colored rice. Rice contains a lot of B vitamins. which produces red blood cells and serotonin needed by the body.
But if a person eats rice according to the rules. He does not have to face any kind of problem. Eating too much rice can make people gain weight.
