Today we present to you a delicious winter vapa pitha recipe of our country. First I will mix the rice powder with salt and milk powder. When it is mixed, I mix it with water little by little. Also, I set fire to the hair and put water in it in a pot, and with a wonderful lid of steamed pitha on the water, I cover it with mud (if there is no mud, powder can be added here)
second step
After that, I will strain the paste with a sieve or sieve with a small sieve. After the water is hot, if the foam rises from the water, I will steam the paste in a pot and put it on the patil. Steamed pita should be kept inside).
third step
When the pita is steamed, take it out of the oven.
fourth step
Meanwhile, I will strain the juice of dates and make juice. Later I will serve steamed pita with date juice. My winter recipe for today is steamed pita.

And in winters, date jaggery or date juice makes steamed pita delicious.

So we love to eat steamed pita and date juice or date jaggery in winters. We often have steamed pita and date gurba with date juice for breakfast on winter mornings. The taste of this pitha is incomparable during winter.

Cooking is not much fun without technique. You can make this recipe on a gas or clay stove. I know that cooking is better done on clay stove than gas. The real trick to cooking is to use the right amount of ingredients.
